Oakdean Construction is the latest addition to the Faithdean Group. We execute a wide range of Design & Build projects from commercial to residential, to new builds and refurbishments. Specialising in large multi-unit residential and commercial developments in London and the South East, we execute a range of Design & Build construction projects for public and private clients, across a number of sectors including: residential, commercial, leisure, education and student accommodation.
As part of the Faithdean Group, Oakdean is fully supported in all aspects of its day to day running including its financial operations. The Group operates from a secure financial base, with a strong balance sheet and positive cash balances.
The turnover for the Group for the year ending April 2021 was approximately £85m and based on our latest figures, Dun & Bradstreet and the major credit rating agencies, the Group was placed in the top 10% of secure UK companies. The Group’s forecast turnover for the year ending April 2022 is circa £110m.
