The Project

Oakdean will be working alongside Calfordseaden to deliver a luxury residential development of eight high-specification apartments with a double level basement and an automated car park stacker system. Situated on the north bank of the River Thames, 135 Grosvenor Road SW1 enjoys a prime London location, and will be a landmark residential dwelling in one of the most sought after areas of the capital.

This exclusive 24,000 square foot development has been designed to incorporate 12 private car parking spaces in a state-of-the-art automated car stacker system in the basement.
