Works are progressing well on site at Coxheath, Maidstone. We invited some Level 2 in Carpentry & Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment students from MidKent College to attend a site induction and see how we are progressing with the construction of the new medical centre. Led by Neil Mugridge, the tour included a view of the trussed rafters and steel framework of the roof structures, as well as talks with site carpenters who were working on the I beams to support the floor.

Spring Mews, Block D – Another Outstanding Considerate Constructors Score
Oakdean achieves an impressive 40/50 for its latest Considerate Constructors Score at Spring Mews, Block D in Vauxhall, London.
Scoring an impressive 8/10 across the board, the inspector was particularly impressed with the overall appearance of the site and stated that “This site continues to perform excellently against all areas of the Scheme code.”
We are delighted to have achieved another fantastic CCS score and will continue to work hard to maintain and exceed these standards on future projects.
