Another project win for Oakdean! We have secured the circa £4.3m redevelopment of Pembury Youth Hall, London, E5 8JU. The works comprise of the development of the former Pembury Youth Hall, where we will be building a five-storey residential block containing 13 flats (all affordable rent), with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes.
Oakdean is delighted to announce that we’ve secured the circa £3.7m scheme for the construction of a brand new medical centre in Coxheath, Maidstone. The development comprises of the construction of a brand new two-storey medical centre built with performance and sustainability at its heart. The new centre will provide the latest in modern medical facilities including a pharmacy, consulting rooms, nurse treatment rooms, minor operations room, offices, pharmacist and paramedic rooms and a multi-purpose room for conference/training. This will also include the formation of an accessible sensory garden for all, together with a feature double-height reception area, pedestrian access, car parking, native tree planting and associated soft landscaping.
The new centre will be built with the latest in environmental performance standards in mind and aims to achieve a rating of Breeam ‘Excellent’.

Oakdean is delighted to announce another new project win! We’ve secured a significant £9.2m scheme for the construction of 16 luxury apartments at Old Queen Street, London, W1.
We will be converting the 27,190 square foot building into 16 luxury apartments, consisting of 14 three bedroom apartments, one five bedroom apartment and one one-bedroom penthouse.
