Re:- Camden Planning Reference 2018/6367/P Redevelopment of 12 -14 Greville Street
We have been appointed by our Client to carry out the above, which comprises the demolition of the existing building whilst retaining the façade of Number 12 and the construction of new office space with jewellery workshops and a retail space.
Planning was granted on 15th January 2019 and as a requirement of the Planning Approval, we are to submit our Construction Management Plan (CMP) to Camden Council for their approval.
Part of this process is also to carry out a consultation of our CMP with local residents and businesses. As such we have placed the CMP online which can be viewed via the link provided below.
We would welcome any feedback that you may have on our CMP and as such we have set up a dedicated email address email@example.com for your comments.
The consultation period runs for 14 days and as such, we would welcome feedback by 24th May 2019.
