Specialising in large multi-unit residential and commercial developments in London and the South East, we execute a range of Design &amp; Build construction projects for public and private clients, across a number of sectors including: residential, commercial, leisure, education and student accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Faithdean Group, Oakdean is fully supported in all aspects of its day to day running including its financial operations. The Group operates from a secure financial base, with a strong balance sheet and positive cash balances.<\/p>\n<p>The turnover for the Group for the year ending April 2021 was approximately \u00a385m and based on our latest figures, Dun &amp; Bradstreet and the major credit rating agencies, the Group was placed in the top 10% of secure UK companies.
